Based on the classic dirty joke about the Farmer's Son, its more of a Gay Porn Sex in the City then Sex in Mayberry. I don't ever remember the Farmer telling the Salesman to stay away from his over sexed slutty daughter, but in this gay porn version, he just about tells City Guy, Erik Rhodes, to stay away from his gay son, Jessie Zane, as Zane stands their in his tighty whites fondling himself it front of his dad and the City Guy.
The Farmer's son goes swimming with three twink friends in the backyard pool. They all look very hot, but they are supposed to be twinks in a Farmer's backyard pool, but look and act like twinks from West Hollywood doing a gay porn shoot in a suburban backyard in the San Fernando Valley. They look amazing, all perfect, especially Patrick Fisher. But their hair is too perfect, their board short bathing suits look too tailored, and their butts too tanned. It would have been nice to see one of them with a Farmer's tan.
In the scene I have been waiting all my life for (well, almost) my favorite porn star, athletic hunk Jason Adonis, finally bottoms! Erik Rhodes gets to do the honors, and they both look great. But Adonis comes off like he has done this many times before. It would have been great to have it as part of the storyline, and made his character a virgin as well. It was a little disappointing, but it still was worth watching.
The hottest scene in the movie actually looks like it happened in North Carolina. Farmer Logan Steele, the hottest Southern Daddy Farmer you'll ever see, goes out hunting and finds red haired Blu Kennedy getting blown by cute Jaime Donovan. Kennedy, who I have enjoyed several times in videos, and Donovan actually come across as believable Hillbilly twinks having a Good Ol' Time. They are quickly joined by Steele for one very hot scene. All three are very talented, I hope to see Jaime Donovan again soon. This is the best scene in the movie.
The last scene is a where the City Guy finally gets the Farmer's Son. Erik Rhodes and Jessie Zane are very good together, but Jessie Zane, the Farmer's Son, seems to be more Samantha from
Sex in the City, than Opie from Mayberry.
Overall this is a good movie, but what surprised me the most was that I really believed this was filmed in a Suburban backyard in the great porn mecca of San Fernando Valley. But as the credits rolled, it said: "Filmed entirely on location in North Carolina". You could have fooled me!
