Reflections of an Indian Boy
The classic Bijou flick Reflections of an Indian Boy is an erotic exercise in camp. Strictly a send-up, the storyline revolves around an Indian chief (in a non-sexual role) telling a couple of cute boys the story of "The Battle of Little Big Horny," the tale of three gay Indians who find lust with three cavalry officers in the Old West. The production quality for this outing is high with its horses, campsites, and period costumes. The "Indians" are mostly played by white guys and their portrayals are heavy in stereotype.
The tale is without any true plot and basically just finds ways for the Indians and cavalry officers to have sex, either with each other or among themselves. First, one group is captured by the other, and then the reverse occurs. Lots of running back and forth prevails, in true classic comedic style. The men are very attractive overall, and despite some bad lighting at all the wrong moments - one of the risks of doing outdoor shots - the sex is generally quite good. More of nostalgic camp than a genuine classic, this film does feature handsome guys and cute twinks, sizzling sex, and high camp.
