In Drop 'Em, Chief Inspector Drew Andrews feels the heat from high-ops to rid the city's alleys from the rampant scourge of sex for sale. He barks orders to rookie Paul Morgan to follow through with his important assignment. Unfortunately, Paul's other commander (the one between his legs!) takes over when he accepts a bribe-boink behind the trash cans from street hustler Tim Boyd.
